LEXINGTON, MA- Bierbrier Development, a Lexington based owner and manager of shopping centers in Eastern Massachusetts, has announced today that T-Mobile and Cricket Wireless will join its growing tenant list.

T-Mobile will lease 1,552 sf at Needham Street Village Shops on Needham Street, Newton MA. T-Mobile is a national provider of wireless voice, messaging and data services with an advanced 4G LTE network, reaching over 308 million Americans. The store has an anticipated opening of early summer, 2017.

T-Mobile will join Partners Health Care, Scottrade, Relax the Back and b.good at Needham Street Village Shops. Needham Street Village Shops is a vibrant new shopping center located on Needham Street in Newton. The Needham Street corridor is the dominant shopping center destination serving the densely concentrated residential population, nearby office parks and a large student population.

National Commercial Brokers represented the tenant for the transaction and Jenny Hart of The Dartmouth Company represented landlord.

Cricket Wireless will lease 1,283 sf at Walgreens Plaza on Main Street, Haverhill, MA. Cricket Wireless is a popular wireless carrier that offers affordable prepaid plans with no annual contract. They have a high quality connection using 4G LTE network nationwide. Cricket Wireless will open in early April, 2017.

Walgreens Plaza is strategically located at the junction of Route 125 and Route 110 in Haverhill. The Walgreens anchored center has excellent visibility, abundant parking and is located 1.5 miles from Interstate 495. The plaza is recognized as a dominate retail center in Haverhill which is seen by 26,000 vehicles per day.
