LEXINGTON, MA - Bierbrier Development is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Callahan as Vice President, Leasing. Bierbrier Development is a commercial real estate development company specializing in service convenience retail shopping centers in Eastern Massachusetts.

Brian will have overall responsibility for marketing and leasing Bierbrier's portfolio. He brings over 15 years of leasing experience, having previously worked as Regional Manager of Leasing & Dispositions for Ahold/Delahaize, and held other brokerage positions at CBRE and KeyPoint Partners.

Brian earned a B.S. in Business Management from Quinnipiac University. He is a member of ICSC, and an active member and fundraiser for the National Brain Tumor Society, Parkinson’s Foundation and the Massachusetts Striped Bass Association.
