F45 has leased 2,100 square feet of inline space. Headquartered in Los Angeles, F45 is a functional training franchise specializing in innovative, high-intensity 45-minute group workouts. Jay Najarian of Benoit Real Estate Group represented the tenant, F45, for the transaction.
F45 will join CVS, PhysicianOne Urgent Care, LensCrafters, ATI Physical Therapy, Jenny Craig, Chipotle, T-Mobile, Lyft, Men’s Wearhouse and Boston Market at Wellington Circle Plaza. Wellington Circle Plaza is a premier 55,500 SF shopping destination visible to over 204,000 vehicles per day at the junction of Mystic Valley Parkway (Route 16) & Fellsway (Route 28) in Medford.
