LEXINGTON, MA - Bierbrier Development, a Lexington based owner and manager of shopping centers in Eastern Massachusetts, has announced today that Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy will join its growing tenant list at Needham Street Village Shops on Needham Street, Newton, MA.
Restore will lease 1,954 square feet of inline space. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy was ranked the #1 hottest franchise in America in 2019 by Inc. Magazine. They offer cryotherapy, cryoskin, compression therapy, IV drip therapy, micronutrient testing, allergy testing and allergy shots, among other services. Trevor McNiven of Venture Retail Partners represented the tenant, Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy, for the transaction.

The Needham Street corridor is the dominant shopping center destination serving the densely concentrated residential population, nearby office parks and a large student population.
